Upload a File
From KeepYouSafe Wiki
In the Online Safe Deposit Box, if you want to upload a file you need to first have that file saved locally on your computer.
Files up to 5mb in size can be uploaded in virtually any format you can think of. We recommend PDF and JPG since they are almost universally supported.
Steps to uploading:
1) Log in to your Online Safe Deposit Box at KeepYouSafe.Com
2) Click on the name of the folder you want to upload the file to. If the folder does not exist, [Create a Folder].
3) Once you are in the folder of your choice, click the "Upload a New File" button towards the bottom of the screen.
4) A page will load and you will see a "Browse" button. Click that browse button, locate the file on your local computer, and click the "OPEN" button once you have located the file you wish to upload.
5) Next, click the "Upload Now" button ONE TIME, and be patient - it may take up to 10 minutes to send the file to our servers depending on the speed of your Internet connection. If you click anywhere else while the upload is happening, it will not complete successfully. You will know it has completed when you see the following message, in RED text: "File [your file name here] uploaded successfully and encrypted with your secret password."
6) That's it! To find your file in the future, log in to your OSDB and click on the name of the folder you uploaded it to.
As always, you can email Support if you have any questions or problems.
